Current Job Openings at Intermountain Disposal
Administrative Aide/Front Desk
Prime
responsibilities of the position are: Telephone duties,
research, technical writing, photocopying, mail handling,
file maintenance – standard and electronic. The candidate
must also have excellent computer skills in the Windows
XP environment using Microsoft Office XP (Word, Excel,
and Power Point) to perform the following administrative
functions: Type draft letters and fax cover sheet templates
in Microsoft Word. Use of Microsoft Excel and Explorer
to maintain files and library. Download information
from the Internet using Explorer and Acrobat. The
candidate must have skills to efficiently use office
equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines, Computer
usage in a Microsoft Windows environment and the ability
to handle a multi-line phone system to answer calls.
Qualifications: Administrative experience. Education
Requirements: Business Administration and Environmental
Studies. Compensation: $ 10 – 13 depending

Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic
Prime responsibilities
of the position are: Experience working with Caterpillar,
Cummins electronic and mechanical engines. The ability
to diagnose problems, resolve mechanical issues,
knowledgeable of DOT requirements pertaining to record
keeping. Welding capabilities in mig, arc and aluminum.
Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems and
can work independently without supervision. Qualifications:
Certification in Diesel Mechanics and 5 years of
practical experience. Education Requirements: Diesel
Mechanics – vocational. Compensation: Based upon
experience and ability.
